1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and tracking information (where available).

During busy periods such as holidays, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may vary.

3. Carriers

We ship using Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners.

Tracking information will be provided when available and may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it is in the carrier’s control.

Sea Sisters Crew is not responsible for parcels that:

  • Are lost in transit
  • Arrive later than expected
  • Are marked as delivered but cannot be located
  • Are stolen after delivery

If your parcel is missing, we will gladly assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

However, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Force Majeure

Sea Sisters Crew is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Strikes or labour disruptions
  • Carrier backlogs
  • Pandemics
  • Transportation issues or customs delays
