1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.


2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customised or personalised jewellery

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary, so it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Faulty items
  • Incorrect size or style (where stock is available)

If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
